Processing time

Each piece is made by hand and shipped within 3–5 business days of your order.

Shipping

We ship from Germany via DHL. Small EU orders may be sent as parcels without tracking if selected. All other items are shipped with tracking and €500 liability coverage.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional costs may apply in individual cases, which are beyond our control and must be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties and taxes (e.g., customs duties). Returns & withdrawals

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, no questions asked. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Custom or made-to-order pieces are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Damaged items

Ceramics are fragile and we pack every order with care. If something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll do our best to make it right.
